When Modern Classic Creative approached Chae Cafe & Eatery, the Korean restaurant was in a state of flux. Like so many small businesses around the country, the local cafe was impacted greatly by the novel coronavirus. Business that was once reliable and steady was now staying at home, opting for a home-cooked meal or a choosing a delivery service to adapt to the pandemic.
To make matters worse, Chae had did not even have a digital presence. Months earlier, the local hotspot changed ownership and names from the previous All About Cha to the now-current “Chae Cafe & Eatery”. So, this new web flow needed to no only update Chae Cafe & Eatery’s new look, it also needed to articulate the restaurants new value proposition.
With the new look of the Chae Cafe & Eatery website, the Korean restaurant saw an immediate boost in traffic, sales, and general brand awareness across the board. Utilizing it’s current social following, Chae now has a digital presence to send brand advocates to in order to grow and prosper.
